Yann Tiersen – A Midsummer Evening (Radio Edit)
Starts with swirling piano notes and progresses into a britpop type sound which is just lovely. Seriously, this track is one of my fav’s at the moment. If the name Yann Tiersen doesn’t ring any bells, he’s the gent who scored the wonderful score for the movie, Amélie.
The 2 Bears – Angel (Touch Me) [Radio Edit]
Big Fan of Joe Goddard (singer, producer, remixer extraordinaire, member of Hot Chip, and one half of The 2 Bears) so my ears always perk up when I see anything listed with his name. This is a laid back fun house jam for summer. Has that classic house piano sound with Joe’s voice. Love it!
