The Twelves – When You Talk

Lovely, just lovely, so in love with this song from The Twelves. Not only are they well known for their remixes, but they are set to release their own originals, one of which is this masterfully executed track, “When You Talk”. Everything from the electronic piano to the toms sit dutifully in the mix, and the fade out kills me.

Short bio:

From Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, “The Twelves” consist of duo JoÃ£o Miguel and Luciano Oliveira back in 2005. The name came from the strange coincidence of their birthdays: 12th July 1980.

Flight Facilities is back with another slow burner. Flight Facilities turned in one my favorite track of 2010 with Crave You (ft. Giselle) and this track picks up right where that track left off. Albeit, it’s a more tempered pace with a bit more of a classic disco house sound.

Joe is back with another killer track and this time he teams up with Valentina with a deep moody house track with glitched out vocals and stutters. Short history lesson on Joe Goddard, he is one of two voices for Hot Chip and recently joined forces with Raf Rundell for their project, “The 2 Bears“.
