Aili x Transistorcake – Dansu

If you have never watched, or more importantly, never listened to music from Killing Eve you are missing out. Not only is the show well done but who ever the music supervisor is, my hat is off to them. The show showcases some of the best 60’s/70’s inspired pop and rock with a bit of international flair. And this is exactly what we have with the new track from Aili and Transistorcake. The track is sung in both Japanese and English and sports a 60’s esque bass guitar that drives the tune. And let’s not forget rocking beat that underpins the whole track.

HEIN+KLEIN – Sun Goes Down

Just like the cover art, this song has a warmth and groove to match. Its a laid back tune with a deep bass, some relaxed piano chords and a driving beat. On top of that are warm vocals and even a splash of saxophone. HEIN+KLEIN is a German electronic dance producer, Remixer and DJ.

Laurel Smith – Game Over

Love the Pacman sounds mixed with the siren and a few other gamer tones that open up the track. It’s a moody electronic pop track with flourishes of Hip Hop. This track grows the more you listen to it. Production is superb and some of the vocal effect are priceless. Has a bit of an ELO reverence to them. The melody in chorus is catchy as all get out. The build is excellent and ending is on point.
