    Reminds me of a more electro vibed Ladytron.   Great bassline that dominates and clubs everything in its path.

    Kite in the Air is Emma Lucia on vox (Jed & Lucia) with production by Mark Reveley (WZRDZ, Meterhead, Jed & Lucia) and Mike Genius (WZRDZ.) Emma and Mark have worked together for the last couple years on Jed and Lucia, and both live in Berkeley. Mike is an old friend of theirs from when they all lived in LA who is now living in Brooklyn. They reconnected in 2008 on the project Wzrdz, which then morphed as well into Kite in the Air.

    LoveStory is back with a delicate new track called Madly,   that is sure to give the “warm and fuzzies”.   Courtney’s silky smooth vocals and moving electronic elements makes this a breezy summer type of song .   Dig the “la-la-la’s” on the track, remind me of telepopmusik.

  • Coury Palermo – Here Comes The Rain Again (Eurythmics Cover)

    Spectacular cover of a classic and beloved Eurythmics track.   Coury takes a minimalist take with organic flare and let’s his voice soar, twist and dive into an abyss of orchestration.

    Coury has several new projects in the pipeline:

    – Three songs on the new Sleepthief record, “Labyrinthine Heart” (due in July),
    including first single “World Gone Crazy“.
    – Collaborations with Sunday Radio & Odd Year
    – Recording an ep under the name Finley Grey (with former bandmate Matt Butler)
    – Working on first solo album, “smoke, mirrors & the heartache that follows”
