  • Mouth’s Cradle – Front Porch

From the intro alone, you’re instantly grabbed and then slowly pushed along a whimsical “old-tyme” voyage, which is lead by a broken piano and radio filtered vocals.   I love it!   For fans of Dan Black and Esser, this is a must hear.

    Mouth’s Cradle – Front Porch

    Bio:

Mouth’s Cradle is making waves; seamlessly combining pop and hip-hop into a unique blend. But their mix is not an acquired taste. The duo, both who are students attending Syracuse University, is currently featured on the iTunes Store’s “New and Noteworthy” as well as Pop page. Mouth’s Cradle is undoubtedly on its way to emerging as a leader in the new class of college artists, who create buzz for themselves while sitting through lectures. If you can imagine the musical equivalent of a sugar-rush, you can probably get a solid picture of Mouth’s Cradle

You can pick up their album on iTunes:

  • Sia – Clap Your Hands (Diplo Remix)

Loving this remix Diplo just dropped of Sia’s, “Clap Your Hands”.   Sia is set to release her 5th full length this June.

Diplo has taken this track to dark territory  with an drum n bass style bass line that shifts up and down the frequency spectrum.

  • Hurts – Better Than Love

This track has strong vocals, is rock inspired, and accentuated with electronic elements.  It’s also very  catchy and well produced.   Word has it that they will soon have a full length out soon.
