    Would be remiss if I didn’t post this track even though it’s got more than 39 million plays on youtube alone.  Such a fantastic cover of a Rufus and Chaka Khan original from 1983. This cover distills the track to a more tropical feel with a smooth veneer.

  • Favored Nations – Always

    It seems I do an annual post on theses guys, like the post from 2013 and 2014 and now this lovely track for 2015.  In Favored Nation fashion, they have a relaxed vibe on this track that yields a strong Disco/New Romantic vibe.

  • Arizona – I Was Wrong

    Heartfelt track that has a folk influence but framed by electronic elements and beats.

    “A R I Z O N A” is a band started by three New Jersey natives. They spend most of their time either on the road creating in a mobile recording studio they built in an old Toyota, or between LA, NJ, and the UK. They’re currently working on continuous releases throughout the summer.
