The video shows the excess of success and the work it takes to keep up the illusion. In the end of it all, not matter the amount of adulation for the fake front, it will never fulfill the real soul.
Silky vocals from Sophie Blair on her new electronic pop tune that has a bit of melancholy. Think Robyn but more mid-tempo with a splash of electric guitar. The melody is what grabbed here as well as the over style of the track. Plus I’m a sucker for synth bass lines with a female vocal lead. The track is taken from the upcoming EP due out in September. EP was produced with Grammy nominated producer Nate Pyfer (nominated for Kaskade – Atmosphere).
