    I personally think this is his best collaboration to date.  I strongly urge Sam to do more tracks, perhaps an EP with Plastic Plates.  Not that he’ll read this, but I’m sending it out to the universe for more of this fabulous collab.  This track comes the closest to his magic on “Black and Gold”,

    Thief, who produced my favorite EP of last year, just released a cover of Justin Timberlake’s Cry Me A River.   And in typical Thief fashion we have some dirty synth action going on here.

  • Alina Baraz & Galimatias – Fantasy

    Pulling from various genre and making it look easy is the team of Alina Baraz & Galimatias.  Has elements of Trip Hop,  such as the intro and the breathy vocal, but the team goes into a neo-soul / electronic pop vibe in the choruses.
