  • SADBOii – Avocado Toast

SADBOii channels his inner Robert Smith (of The Cure) on this new glimmering 80’s inspired tune. The music is 80’s synthpop and is full of dynamic energy. He sings about failing but never giving up on making his parents proud. In his own words, he writes: “I’m a singer, songwriter, musician, producer and creative who got sick of being signed to major labels. They said I should write less sadboy shit. So instead, I created SADBOii.” So the subject might be sad but the music itself is full of energy.
  • Point Blank Society – Put Me to Sleep

Chilled vibe here with a pick up in energy in the chorus. Solid vocals and I like the overall style on the tune here. Has a bit of an R&B influence on the vocals all the while the music pulls from several electro genres. Has a nice mix of dynamics from the verse to the bridge and back to the chorus. For fans of Years & Years.

  • The Toxic Avenger – Lies (ft. Look Mum No Computer)

I never get tired of hearing analogue synth goodness and that’s exactly what you get with this new track from The Toxic Avenger. That rezzy bass and white noise percussion married with the vocals hits my bliss point. And then add solid Choreography, well it just takes everything to another level. Some of the best music videos, in my opinion, are those that incorporate dance. This video was shot at a soviet Ukraine publishing house which produced governmental newspapers for whole country. They found various communists items during the shoot. Choregraphy by Konstantin Koval
