It’s the chorus that sold me on this track that reminds me of Years & Years whom I hold in high regard. They, like Years & Years, have a tropical vibe to their music. The song describes the self harm we do but ultimately it’s the realization we can turn it around. I like the Nine Inch Nails esque guitar in the bridge.
