This is taken from my favorite EP of last year, “Thief – Closer EP“. His style is somewhere between Miike Snow and Metronomy leaning toward more on the Miike Snow side of things. The production is crisp sounding and a perfect blend of acoustic instruments and synths, just like Miike Snow. Kudos to producer Matt Redlich for framing PJ Wolf’s voice in the proper light.
